Eggless Teatime Cake Recipe

Most of you must have tasted Britannia fruit cake slices. I was a huge fan during childhood, but then I stopped eating it because of health concerns. But I remember the cake’s taste. There were so many flavors and the cake was so rich, I could finish off a pack in minutes.
I even remember the advertisement in which a kid dances and shows different flavors. Feels like so many years back, but they are still fresh in my memories. I was contemplating the recipe to be tried for this week’s YouTube upload. Most of you must have tasted Britannia fruit cake slices. I was a huge fan during childhood, But I definitely remembered the cake’s taste. There were so many flavors and the cake was so rich, I could finish off a pack in a minute.
Homemade cake is healthy and mouthwatering. When it comes out of the oven, whole houses smell divine and my child can’t wait to cool down. When I sliced it .remember my childhood days. When I gave one slice to my kid to taste before I knew it, we finished half of the batch. It was awesome
Ingredients
½ cup Maida
½ tbsp Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
100 gm condensed milk
25 gm Melted Butter
Vanilla essence 1tsp
25 gm Tutti Frutti
½ cup drinking soda
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 160°
Mix tutti frutti with a tsp of flour
In another bowl, mix together maida, powdered sugar, baking powder, and baking soda and sieve
Add melted butter
In another bowl take melted butter condensed milk and vanilla essence.
Mix dry and wet properly
Mix to form a smooth batter.
Now mix wet and dry ingredients
Add tutti frutti, leaving a few for topping.
Gently mix the batter with a spatula
Pour the batter into a tin that is greased and lined with parchment. or inlining of tea time cake
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Keep it aside for five minutes
Flip it into the empty plate and flip it back. Allow it to cool completely.
Slice it up and serve.
