Matar pulao with Raita tasty and heathy ,classic indian

It is a different pleasure to eat pea pulao in the winter season, its taste is very different, Fresh peas give an amazing taste and when there is nothing at home, this pea Pulao can make easily. Serve with aloo raita .

Ingredients

1 cup Rice

¾ cup peas

½ javitri

2-3 clove

2 cardamom 

1 black cardamom

1tsp jeera

1 bay leaf

2 onions chopped 

2 TSP ghee

1tsp Jinger garlic paste

Salt according to taste

½ TSP Jeera powder

½ TSP black pepper powder

½ tsp gram masala powder

Ingredients for Raita

1 cup curd

2 medium potatoes

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper powder

¼ tsp cumin seeds powder

Instruction for Matar Pulao

Wash one cup of rice and soak it for half an hour. Turn on the flame heat pressure cooker and put two teaspoons of ghee

Add bay leaf cummin seeds, cloves cardamom

Add ginger garlic paste 

Add onion and fry eat till changes color.

Add Salt black paper powder, and cumin seeds powder cook it few seconds

Add peas and mix properly

Add rice and cook for 1-2 minutes

Add 2cups water and mix gently 

Close the lid of the pressure cooker

Cook it in high flame till 1 whistle 

After one whistle reduce the flame 

After 2 minutes turn off the flame 

Pulao is ready to eat with Raita

Ingredients for Raita

1 cup curd

2 medium potatoes

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper powder

¼ tsp cumin seeds powder

Instructions For Raita

1 Boil potatoes and allow them to cool and chop into small pieces.

2 In a large bowl, take 1 cup of curd and beat it gently.

3 season it with salt, cumin seeds powder, and black powder.

 4  Add Chopped potatoes and mix

5 Aloo or potato Raita is ready to eat
