first cut all lower part of leafy vegetables like spinach,bathua, and sarson .clean properly with water thrice time. Keep in stainer. Chopped all leafy vegetables and put in pressure cooker add salt, ginger,garlic, chili and water . Cook till one whistle and keep the flame low till 15 minutes. after 15 minutes turn off . 500 gms Sarson
250 gms palak
200 gms Bathua
15 garlic cloves
5 green chilies
10 ghee spoons
Hing 1 pinch
1 tsp Cumin seeds
Salt according to taste
1/2 cup makki flour
Process of preparing sarson ka saag
In a large Cooker add wash sarson, palak,bathua, salt, garlic, green chili, and water After 1 whistle keep the flame sim till 15 minutes.
Now add makki flour and mash properly till perfect consistency keep on sim flame and keep mixing.
Take a large kadai, add ghee, cumin seed,hing, chilies, garlic, onion, tomatoes and ginger garlic paste Add cooked saag into the kadai and mix well
take pan add 2 tsp ghee and red chillies mix in saag and serve with makki ki roti .
