Ingredients

400 gm Soya chaap

2 onion 2 tomatoes

2inch ginger

1 green chilly

salt according to taste

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garam masala

1 tsp kasoori methi

1 cup milk

1 cup water oil

Process of Soya Chaap

1 First of all remove the stick of soya chaap and cut in a small bite size.

2 put all pieces in warm water and keep them aside for 10 minutes.

3 After 10 minutes squeeze water ofsoya chaap.

4 Take a pan and put oil for frying soya chaap .Fry till golden.

5 Take a grinder jar put chopped onions, tomatoes, green chili, and make a paste.

6 in a pan put oil heat it and put paste and cook till golden.

7 Add salt , turmeric,red chilly powder, and coriander powder, and stir it over low flame till oil separates from the masala.

8 Add 1 cup water, 1 cup milk, and kasuri methi.

9 Add fried Soya chaap and keep the flame in low for 10 minutes and cover it.

10 Garnish soya chaap with coriander leaves and serve.
